The facial treatment was supposed to be 1h, the woman did 40min and said I was lying. the manager told me «it can be less than one hour sometimes». The staff wasn't even friendly. The machine wasn't working, she didn't put any cream after the mask. The treatment definitely doesn't worth £55. AND you can't pay by card, so make sure you have cash. I do not recommend Prime Look Beauty.
