Had to wait over 20min to get served without any other customers being at shop. Also, the mask was left on my face too long and ended up being red.
Otherwise, the treatment itself was as expected and the facialist friendly.

The room was so shabby and dirty with nothing but an old bed table in; the staff were not expecting us and asked us how much the service cost; the hand massage itself was rubbish
