In the main beauty salon there was a strong and unpleasant smell of solvents.
The lady who did the wax (the one I was assigned to turned out to not work there anymore) was not skilled to do the Hollywood hot wax. This caused me some minor consequences on my skin (always done hot wax but never had such a problem before).

Was a bit disappointed as whenever I book there is always an adjustment to my time, this can be frustrating when in a rush. However Marcia is amazing and always does a really good job with my hair. Recently moved to London and have been quite a few times already.
