I don't even want to put 1 star.
I paid money just to damage my eyelashes, lose my contact lenses and increase lots of unnecessary things.
I had an awful terrible experience ever in here with eyelashlift.
These people are completely unprofessional.
I had my eyelashes permed.
Firstly, she put a sheet below my eyes but my eyes got hurt because it hit my eyes so I asked her to remove them once.
Then my contact lenses stuck to the gel sheet and broken because the sheet hit my pupils.
Not only did I get hurt but also lost my contact lenses with my weak eyesight.
What's more, after the treatment is finished, it was completely the same as before and not curled.
In other salons, my eyelashes were curled like anyone else.
Also she scrubbed my skins around my eyes hard and there's lots of sticky dust-ish things on my eyelashes after the treatment.
I asked them to give me some refund (not full) because my eyelashes didn't change and I lost my lenses, and even my eyes could hardly see things I had to chancel my plan and needed to go back home.
They said " it was not our fault. It's your fault because you didn't tell you wear contacts lenses."
I didn't even know I should have mentioned it because every salon I went to did it with lenses on.
And she gave me a card saying "you can contact our boss with these numbers".
I first searched for the WhatsApp number but it said it didn't exist as attached.
So I called another number on the card but it put me through the salon itself.
They are so wisely prepared for complaints.
When I told the person about the refund on phone, of course they hung up without saying anything.
I was really shocked with this awful unprofessional experience.
I now understand when I see the owners feedback on here.
For argument's sake, please have my eyelashes permed properly.
The quality, care and professionalism of this nail salon is 10/10. Jimmy is the best nail technician in West London and I personally travel 1hr just so he can do my nails. The staff are amazing. The shop aesthetic could definitely be better and could definitely do with a revamp, but you will not be disappointed by the outcome of your nails which is the most important thing!
