The eyelash perm made absolutely no difference to my eyelashes. She scrubbed at my eyes for 20 mins and then tried to charge me £20 more than was listed online.

I was very disappointed with my facial experience. The place did not feel clean or hygienic, and the treatment did not feel professional.
During my facial, the therapist was talking on the phone while I had a mask on, which I found very unprofessional and made me feel that I wasn’t being properly attended to. Also, the tools for the HydraFacial were not used correctly or as I would expect for this type of treatment.
