The quality, care and professionalism of this nail salon is 10/10. Jimmy is the best nail technician in West London and I personally travel 1hr just so he can do my nails. The staff are amazing. The shop aesthetic could definitely be better and could definitely do with a revamp, but you will not be disappointed by the outcome of your nails which is the most important thing!
It’s hard to express how much I love getting my nails done here. I’m so glad my friend recommended this shop to me; there’s no way I’ll ever go anywhere else.
The service is amazing. Jimmy is a true master of nails; his artwork, shaping, and eye for detail are all 10/10! You can show him an inspiration picture, and he’ll deliver results that surpass even the original.
Although the interior and exterior might not be the greatest, the team, their work ethic, and the outstanding service more than make up for it!

I’ve come on three separate occasions at different times to get my eyebrows done and there has never been anyone available because apparently the person doing it isn’t in, which I also don’t believe as I was told unconvincingly by another member of staff. What is the point of advertising the service if you’re selectively offering it?
EDIT: It’s not the wrong salon as I live locally and know very well which salon this is. I can see that you respond to all negative reviews and say that they are for the wrong salon or fake. A good business should accept responsibility for their actions and take the feedback to improve their services or people will take their business elsewhere. You have many competitors on this road. But it makes sense why you have less than 4 stars.
EDIT: No problem at all. I visited last Thursday. Is the review fake now? Once you said the individual doesn’t work on a Tuesday, so that’s why I came on another day. Also, I know someone who came on a Tuesday and managed to get their eyebrows done which is why I know you’re lying. Thanks
Great haircuts! Marcia is an experienced professional who did an excellent job with cutting my hair. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she replicated it very well and also asked me if I wanted any additional changes along the way. She was efficient , had attention to detail and was very friendly.
