Excellent staff who were very friendly. I have long hair that other salons always charge extra for or complain about, but the staff at Prime Look didn't mind even when my appointment over ran. The cut was excellent (just what I wanted!) and it hasn't been so shiny in a very long time. I would highly recommend

The therapist was helpful and great. I was happy with how professional she was. Greeted with a smile and offered a hot drink. I was arrived a bit earlier and luckily she did my treatments a bit earlier too. Definitely going back.
