treatment was ok, haidresser good, but i had to pay more for the treatment for some reason explained to me when i got there, instead of explaining clearly on the website. also, after the treatment, i waited to get my hair straightened for about 20mns as the salon only has 1 straightening iron and the other haidresser was busy and taking his time with a very demanding client. instead of a 30mns treatment, i finished about 1h20 later, eventhough i was on time ! not a good experience at all !

I got burned during Hollywood treatment and during 1 week I needed to use cream to feel better. I have paid do have Hollywood hot wax and in the middle of the session they used strips! Not professional.
