The guy who did my hair was very professional and did my root colour well. However the Olaplex treatment didn't make much difference to my hair but I can't really blame them for that. The location of the salon means that they have loads of random walk-ins which does spoil what should be a relaxing experience, but what can you expect for Shepherds Bush Green? The pricing is very reasonable. I will book again and would recommend a basic root colour here.
