The hairdresser was more interested in the colours that she liked rather than what I wanted. I felt pressured to have the colour she suggested and my hair came out much darker than the picture I showed. She was very messy and I went home with stains of dye all over my forehead and ears (even though she very roughly and painfully tried to scrub it off when washing my hair). My T-shirt also somehow managed to get dye on it, so that got ruined. In the end, even though my experience was not great and my hair came out much darker than I wanted, it looks okay. The hairdresser even complained to me about how her previous customer didn’t like the way her hair was cut, which I found very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The haircut was done nicely, so that’s one positive. I won’t be returning for a colour service unfortunately.
