Beautiful place,friendly staff and excellent job. I went for eyebrows and I week after I tried a spa facial,the lady was brilliant,really soft hands. Coming back after my holidays..
I had a lovely time at Primas. Although I missed the turning and turned up slightly late, the staff were extremely helpful and even came out to find me! The venue is beautifully light and airy, with far more space than you'd usually get in this area. The waxing was fairly expensive but not surprising for central London. Beatrice (hope I have spelled her name right) was friendly and professional. She managed to complete my hot brazillan and full leg wax in 45 in minutes with minimal pain - and she checked repeatedly that the wax was not too hot. I can't fault the service and I enjoyed chatting to Beatrice.
The lady was very friendly and nice but she did the job too quickly and most of the hair were broken or she didn't remove. ..It wasn't the best wax I had...Unfortunately...she was absolutely nice but maybe it is better if the wax take 10 min more than faster how it was :-(
