I went for a massage and it really worked on getting rid of my knots. A firm massage which is what I needed it! Great technique.

Very quick and efficient. I did have some red bumps the next morning where the skin was nicked a bit but these went down the next day and the shape has held well so overall I am happy with it. Good value too for city beauticians.
