Overall experience was good. However, when it came to doing the inside of my tights the therapist did to pull the skin with her other hand which made the experience a but more unpleasant.
Also when I told the therapist that I want only my big toe done she still did the rest of the toes saying there is hair and she did them anyways. I believe it is the customer's choice to decide if they want it waxed.
Otherwise the studio is nice and the location is convenient. A bit of staff training to match the price would be good.
Ladies' Waxing
Upstairs here is nice but downstairs is very different. The room I was in had a really old fan making a horrible noise. The facial was quite rough, I’ve had microdermabrasion before but this was very rough and hard in comparison. My therapist also smelt really badly of smoke which wasn’t the most relaxing.
Microdermabrasion
Facial ok, normally notice more difference after facial, still had a lot of blemishes, extraction wasn't very thorough, had to wait 25 mins for Appointment to start. Had about 10 mins during face mask where therapist did nothing, normally they give a massage during this time
