Not happy as have left with a Hollywood and practically everything has been taken off despite showing the consultant how much of a strip I wanted. Will not come back

Really nice clean and professional and a great wax job by a very friendly member of staff - the only small detail that I didn’t like was that the rooms didn’t have ceilings so you could hear what was going on in the room next to you and reception and vice versa.

A lovely massage. A problem with the heating in one of the rooms meant I had to wait while they got another ready, which meant the massage ended after closing time, and the staff stayed late so I could have my full 50 minutes. Very kind.
