My wax was rescheduled due to treatwell not linking up to their computer system properly. A mixture of hot and strip wax was used even though the wax was advertised as hot wax. However, staff were very friendly.

I was 12 minutes late, and because they have to run to military precision (which I understand and appreciate) that meant my appointment had to be cut short, but the lady (eleanor? helena?) did the very best she could in the time and I was really grateful for that.
