Due to an issue with my appointment on their system (despite email and text confirmations from the salon as well as Treatwell!), I was waiting 20 mins before it began. This then meant my relaxing facial wasn’t all that relaxing as I was very conscious of the time constantly so I didn’t miss my train home. The therapist was okay, was very pushy into selling other treatments which I was then pressured into booking but has since cancelled. I have used this salon before but this has left me with a bad taste and probably won’t be going back.
