The place looks quite new and is conveniently located in the city, my gel manicure didn't look very neat though. I also echo other people's comments about the hard sell.

Very friendly staff, very nice location and premises. Not so impressed with the treatment, it was done hastily and with not much attention to detail. I will probably return to the spa, but not for the same treatment.
Facial Threading
the massage bed had one short leg maybe and kept rocking. When you're laying down with you're head inside that space that rocking is incredibly annoying.
Also my masseuse either had a ring on or her nails were hurting me.
