I didn’t think that the waxing was done properly, i.e. not a very smooth result and I wasn’t particularly pleased with the way in which my complaint/feedback was handled. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing though and the staff is very friendly.

This is a beautiful salon and all the staff I met were really warm, friendly & welcoming. Unfortunately the wax just wasn't good. It was painful and I was left very patchy but by the end my skin was already so sore from having had the same bits done over and over again that I didn't even mention it I just wanted to leave. Really disappointed. Even after the 50% off I was paying what I usually pay so I'd be even more disappointed if I was paying full price
