The beautician was lovely, but I've never had such a terrible wax. It was painful, I have had a rash for weeks, and the wax still hasn't come off properly. I won't be coming back - it ruined my skin, which is a shame given that the salon itself is really quite nice.

The venue was lovely, very clean and calming atmosphere. The lady who did my wax was really friendly and quick. The wax was almost pain free and the room was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

My wax was rescheduled due to treatwell not linking up to their computer system properly. A mixture of hot and strip wax was used even though the wax was advertised as hot wax. However, staff were very friendly.
