Arrived 5 min early to my appt.
after 30 min of waiting I decided to leave. They seem to not be on a schedule there . Very clean and nice staff. But frustrated with wait

All the treatments were good once I finally had them but despite booking three consecutive treatments, I ended up having to wait for 45m in between the first and second treatment and have the 2nd and 3rd treatment together cutting one of the treatments down from an hour to 30 minutes. In the 45 minute wait that wasn’t scheduled no one offered me a water or tea and I just had to wait in reception.

It was my birthday and I thought I’d treat myself to a massage. Primas had good reviews and was close by so thought I’d give it a go, really glad I did. Treatment room are lovely and Francesca is a brilliant therapist. It was the best massage I’ve had in years and a great way to start my birthday, I felt like jelly on legs when I came out. I will definitely be returning.
