Pretty good treatment but using my legs to rest on to rip up the tissue paper roll (after it had been on the floor - especially because it was to wipe my mouth with during the whitening treatment ) was pretty grim.

This was my second visit for a hollywood wax. I had a terribly painful experience after my first visit, with not all hair removed properly, and the therapist blamed it on the fact that I should rather get laser treatment. I had to repeat myself that I am not interested in laser removal. I thought I would try a different therapist on my second visit, before leaving a review. Second visit went better, therapist was a lot better and treatment not painful, however I had to wait 15mims and then no treatment room was available. Was not 100% satisfied with my wax, again not all hair was removed and I had to repeat myself again not wanting to do laser treatment. Have been doing hollywood waxing comfortably for 4 years, and never had an issue to remove hair, until ai went to Pimas.

Lovely clinic with good facilities. I highly recommend their nail therapist for manicure and pedicure.
