It was chaotic in the salon and incredibly noisy from other people’s treatment machines. There’s no proper walls separating the treatment rooms (the walls don’t reach the ceiling) so it doesn’t feel very private. Staff were generally a little unfriendly and cold - a lot of them were also complaining about the noise.

Lovely place and spacious for central. I did ask for subtle and got a mix 10-13 length I wouldn't say they're subtle but they do look gorgeous and my stylist was patient and thorough
