Marla has great attention to detail and made an effort to go above and beyond what was required of her. I truly appreciated her assistance.
In terms of the spa,it was my first visit there and it was a good premises, however they were running late and everyone did seem a bit stressed, which doesn't help to get you into the relaxing headspace. I can't say yet if this is a usual experience, but I will be going back, so will post another review then.
In terms of the facial, it is more of a prognosis and about fixing your unique skin issues. This is a different approach to what I am used to - while that was always part of other facials I've been to, the primary goal was to relax and pamper oneself, though you would still see results after. This was more about the results - which were great, but I did miss the relaxing aspect I'm used to. So,it depends what you are looking for.

Visit to the salon was really good, everyone in there so friendly and helpful. This only got a lower score on the facial threading as she did leave quite a bit of hair on my upper lip and eyebrows but otherwise a really nice experience.
