The staff were lovely, friendly, polite, helpful. The lady who did my waxing was very knowledgeable when asked about other treatments which was great. The only concern I have is my underarm was sore for days. I always get my underarm waxed and have never had that before. My skin was raw in some areas and you can see where it had peeled. The wax was not even hot so I do not understand how that could happen. All hair was removed and left clean, but I am a bit dubious to go again. I will get it done locally and see what happens. Perhaps my skin was just over sensitive, but treatment was on Monday and its still a bit sore. :(

I was very happy with my threading! Helen is lovely and I felt like a million bucks when I left :) However, I do want to add that one eyebrow was slightly thinner than the other. I had not touched them for months, and was therefore shocked when the therapist said that I now need to grow them out to fix it - as that's exactly what I had done before the appointment.
