Admin: messed up my booking and I ended up waiting a long time. Also tried to blame me for mixing up the time when I've got the confirmation email as proof. Facial itself was average. Therapist was not very gentle. Also left massage oil on my hair and in my eyes so I was not feeling very comfortable afterwards.
