Lovely treatment from Francesca - she is very friendly, thorough and makes the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I could see a visible improvement after my facial. With regards to the running of the spa - it is a bit unorganised and this is why I have marked it down. This visit, I arrived and was handed a form to fill in even though I had completed one before and had told them that on arrival. My therapist was also told that my treatment was a 20min facial when I had booked a 50min facial. On a previous visit I had also ordered some facial products and since they are always out of stock I requested they be set aside for my next appointment. This was not done, so they promised to order a delivery for me for those products for the next day. After a week and still no receipt, I phoned and no one could help me, so I phoned again and they told me if I wanted the products I could come in to fetch them. So, I'm not sure what happened to my delivery but just from my own experience, things have not been organised very well with regards to the management of the spa.
