Was very disappointed with my wax and tint, and so I was offered a second appointment the next day to rectify the issues. The second therapist said she had to ‘reconstruct’ the shape of my brows and spent at least 40 minutes re-doing them. I now have gaps in my brows and have to wait for re-growth, thanks to the first appointment. Quality is dependant on the therapist you receive on the day - the second therapist was great, the first shouldn’t be doing brows!

Lovely and friendly staff, clean and stylish decor, great ambiance and relaxing treatment. The technician gave me a consultation ahead of my facial and recommended changes to the treatment based on my skin type and condition. I always leave Primas impressed and would certainly recommend to friends.

Good and efficient service, even on a Friday afternoon. Tint is a nice colour and the therapist trimmed my brows also.
