The day I had an appointment they were running behind with their schedule so they called me to let me know to go 10-15mins later. I found that very helpful. So much better than arriving and waiting there and being frustrated. Vanessa who did my massage was really good. She focused on my neck shoulders first which helped me relax a lot more than usual. She also kept reminding me to relax when I was tensing up during the massage. I left feeling so much better.

I can't believe I haven't had this treatment before. It was quick, totally bearable and most importantly for me, I didn't feel awkward or embarrassed, just relaxed! I can't wait to book in again, I feel like a new person!
