I booked because it was close to work and they had same day availability. Jelena was very friendly, quick with the treatment and kind enough to clean my cuticles which is not included in the express treatment. I was surprised when she said it’s not included, as it’s not mentioned anywhere in the treatment details. Had I known, I would’ve booked a treatment that does include cuticle cleaning. Quality of manicure was really good - pleased with the color, shape and length. It’s a bit pricey compared to my local in Maida Vale (zone 2) but if you’re in the City and need convenience then you’re going to pay more.
