Sadly this wasn’t a great experience. Been here lots of times as I only just work around the corner. This time it was so painful and the wax was burning hot. I was also not left alone to get changed and was left getting undressed with the therapist in there. The therapist pulled off in parts rather than each strip at a time. Very unfortunate as I am still in pain.

It was my second time at Primas Medispa. I find the interior very pleasant and the staff very friendly. The smells and music are very relaxing. The room I was in this time was right by reception so I could hear all the conversations around me which was a little bit distracting. The treatment itself was less painful than I feared (it had been a while since my last wax) and this was in part due to Marcella reassuring me throughout and talking me through it. It was all a bit less efficient than I am used to but Marcella’s professional and sweet demeanour made up for this. The Monday deal is in any case incredibly good value. I will be back.
