Extremely relaxing - exactly what I was looking for! The therapist was great, prompting me to relax when needed and making me feel at ease at all times. My only criticism is that the post-massage time all seemed very sudden as the lights were quickly turned on afterwards and the therapist quickly disappeared. Despite this, would highly recommend!
