Helen is absolutely amazing, she works immaculately and she’s really attentive. Every experience at Primas has been great for me and I wouldn’t change!

Wax wasn’t as good as usual. Felt inexperienced and unsure of what she was doing. Ended up being more painful and took longer than usual. Had quite a bit of hair left over at the end but felt uneasy about asking to fix it as it was already more painful than usual and was worried it would get worse.
