I had a deep cleansing facial and Heena was great! She was patient with me and listened to my concerns and routines,checked through my skin before giving me a recommendation of which facial would help me sort my problem out. My skin feels really hydrated and clean after the facial. There was a problem with my booking due to technical issues but the team acknowledged and sorted it really quickly and apologised for it. Overall a really great experience I highly recommend
