I came back to Primas MediSpa for the first time since the Pandemic and was happy to find that things were still as good as I remembered even with new staff and restrictions. I would always recommend this place for efficient and friendly service and expert treatment.

Tatjana very polite and pleasant but my Hollywood wax was the worst I ever had. It was done in 5 hot wax strips! It hurt so much! It still hurts now! 2 days later! And it’s of even that clean waxed. There is a lot of hair left. Please don’t get me wrong, I’ve done it before. Even been burnt with too hot wax and even that didn’t hurt this much! Won’t be coming again

Disappointed with my experience here. I booked fat freezing for £120 but when I arrived I was told that this treatment wasn’t right for me and essentially forced to do another treatment (ultrasound and radio frequency) and told that this would have much better results for me.
Following the treatment I saw zero difference or benefits and I found out that this treatment only costs £100 so they overcharged me.
Avoid this clinic if you have a particular treatment in mind.
