I’ve never had a hot stone massage before. It was enjoyable but the stones were actually very hot, luckily Cheery had warned me and even kindly cooled them slightly to start with! Cheery’s massage prior to using the stones was great. I really felt the benefit!

She was very nice but didnt seem to have the proper training to be a masseuse. I went to fix neck cramp on one side of my neck and ended up with a cramp on the other side too. The 30 min appointment started 20 mins late and ended 5 mins early. She came in before i was ready and waited inside until i got undressed and at the end came back in before i was ready and despite me asking for another minute. The tardiness and etiquette wouldnt have mattered if she was skilled!

Appointment time was rearranged last minute.. they should really honour times as it’s disrespectful to peoples schedules, then the massage was late and it was shorter than the time I booked. They then offered me an additional free 10 minutes on next booking and the next time they also rearranged last minute and the therapist was in my opinion a bit rude … shame as I tried to give them another chance which I regretted !

The worst wax I have ever had - it felt like the lady has no idea what she was doing. I do a better less painful job myself at home. It was so bad I had to shave the 2 days later on holiday. I would not return.
