Joanna is a very nice therapist who was accommodating to all my requests. I had a deep cleanse facial and all the red spots have healed the next day already. It was a very relaxing experience with a mask and nice little shoulder massage. Reception team also very attentive and gave me a call when they had to move my appointment by half an hour.

I have visited Primas Medispa many times and have had no issues in the past, but on this occasion it was probably the worst treatment I have ever had. When doing the extractions I was aware that there would be some pain, however the amount of pressure used was too much and has left me with scars on my face.

Honestly the best bikini wax service in London. I’ve seen Cheery twice now, and she does a wonderful, thorough job whilst making the process as painless as possible
