It was my first microneedling experience and Chelsea, the practitioner, ensured the entire process was pleasant and I was as comfortable as possible. I felt assured throughout the treatment with her constant checks on my sensitivity level.

Great facial, as always, but the therapist spent most of the session trying to upsell more treatments, and wrote me out a quote for over £2k worth of treatments as I left. Really like the treatment but getting fed up of the upsell, as this has happened several times now and is awkward and not relaxing.
