I have regularly been coming to Primas for hydration facials. This place is always very accommodating to any requests, they let you know in advance if appointments run late. It is also very clean and staff very polite and professional.

Great salon. Had a lovely experience. Booked in for cyro fat freezing yesterday on a really cheap deal. Have not seen results yet as it takes a couple weeks but the salon was lovely and really went above and beyond. The treatment did not hurt.

My appointment was 30 minutes delayed due to lack of rooms. Took them around 10/15 minutes to tell me though I can hear them.They were apologetic and friendly but it did lower the mood. When it was time to have my treatment I felt rushed to get ready. Treatment lasted 25 minutes instead of 30 and again it felt a bit rushed. Massage was okay but the experience altogether wasn’t very relaxing. It’s a shame as the venue is lovely.

I won't try cryo fat freezing again because, apparently, I didn't have enough fat, so three therapists struggled to keep the suction things on my belly handles. This meant my 45min treatment was interrupted 5 times, and when they put the suctions back on it was very painful as the area was already sore. This was my first time trying this treatment, but if I wasn't suitable I would've appreciated being told or offered an alternative. I feel like I wasted money to have 2 huge bruises on my back
