The waxing was excellent. Really thorough and a great result. Therapist was clearly skilled and used to waxing. There were a few admin issues - my appointment time was rescheduled unilaterally twice and when I called back to try and confirm I could do the new time (as requested), no one picked up the phone. Think this was due to staff illness - so hopefully a one off issue. I will certainly try this salon again.
