Lashes always look great whenever I come here! I like to change the style of my eyelashes and they are always able to accommodate and apply them perfectly to whichever style I have asked for and they seem to last longer than when I have had my eyelashes done at other places.
I was told that the app confused two locations of the same salon and the artist that I wanted initially was at the other salon so I had to go with another artist.
Also the free time slots were not correct in the app so I had to take a later slot.
When I arrived, the artist was still busy with a previous client, my appointment got pushed by twenty minutes.
The artist didn’t wash her hands after the previous client and didn’t sanitize her instruments.
She didn’t ask what volume and length I wanted to go for.
The lashes came out really nice though. Not exactly what I wanted but nice nevertheless.
I would come back but to another location. The hygiene part is a deal breaker for me.

The eyelash technician was friendly and understood exactly the style of eyelashes I wanted. They are definitely the best eyelashes I have had done! they have lasted over 4 weeks and only now do they need a top up.
