Lovely henna. Was charged more than Treatwell quoted but i didn’t mind because i missed my appt and then she stayed late to squeeze me in. Also communication wasn’t very good from the other lady working there when I arrived.

I here for a long awaited mani & Pedi before I went on holiday abroad. I was incredibly disappointed having been here a year ago and had a good experience so I expected the same again. The lady who did both my pedi and majority of my mani am guessing is still training as she didn't seem to know what she was doing. Within a few seconds of her applying cuticle remover to my hand I had a stinging sensation and looked down to see my finger was bleeding and red rore. This happened on the thumb as well..and both hands had no abrasions when I arrived..my cuticle were in fine condition before this. When I complained about the pain no apology was offered. The Pedi was even worse as the same lady used the electric nail file on my normal nails (no gel or shellac) and filed them down so much one of my toes became very sore and was stinging. I was scared it was now so thin it would break so I asked to see the manager and she came over but just assured me it would be ok. Whilst on the beach on my holiday my big toenail actually broke right down in a bad way (this hadn't happened for a long time to me so I'm sure the reason why was the excess filing). I hate to leave bad reviews but I am sorry this did actually upset me quite a bit since it wascame supposed to be a treat for my holiday and actually made me feel quite upset.
