I was kept waiting for 25 minutes, as a member of staff was off sick.However, I love my eyelashes, and am looking forward to booking my facial very soon.

Inexperience hairdresser ?trainee:
1) late to appointment
2) layers: not layered despite telling her to and she did try. Hair still looks like steps.
Sorry to say but I can probably do a better job at home for free and I’m going to have to get another haircut elsewhere to sort this disaster out.
