Sadly, booked an appointment turned up and the lady said that the person was not coming in today! no email or notice. Tried phoning the person but no answer goes straight to voicemail. Disappointing experience as I needed to get waxing done today.

I can’t leave a review as the shop didn’t open up when I had my appointment which was very disappointing and caused inconvenience. I rang the contact number and the lady said she wasn’t aware of my booking with Treatwell .
