Appalling. Appointment time changed last minute. Turn up to the new appointment time to find the hairdresser (manager) awol so no haircut. No hot wax to complete the wax I had also booked in and no one to thread my eyebrows which I had also booked in. 3 treatments, none of which got done. Not one apology.

Was amazing! I did say I had a bad experience somewhere else and the lady took that information and made sure that it didn’t happen again I have to say I’m in love with my hair and book to go back in 7 weeks strongly recommend
