best service i have ever received. i went in for balayage but go recommended for hollywood blend and it came out gorgeous!! huma; who did my hair put her time and effort into it and was very thorough. very nice and joyful and would definitely recommend to go again.

Will not be coming back. I booked a Hollywood hot wax for today making sure it was hot wax as I’m not a big fan of strip wax and also made sure to book for it to be done by Huma as I read the reviews and people seemed to really like her work. I arrived 3 minutes before my appointment and was asked to wait 5 minutes which turned into 20. I then realised that the lady who was going to be doing my wax wasn’t Huma and that she was at the back doing something else. I was then taken to the waxing room and the lady asked which type of wax I had booked for and I specified it was hot wax , she then asked how much I had paid, that was for Lycon wax and it turned out to be strip wax. I let her do it as I hadn’t had a full strip wax before, only for clean up when the hot wax left some hairs behind. She when over the areas so many times and now the skin all over my pubic area is raw, sore and hot. I’ve never had such a painful experience before. I made sure I specified which kind of wax I wanted and she didn’t double check. Not happy with the experience.
