I have been to this salon a few times and it was ok but the last time I went Huma was running late so I had to wait for about 20mins before my treatment. I went back for a treatment a few days ago and Huma was there! The lady that does the nails told me to come back later and I told her I had an appointment booked so she told me to wait because maybe Huma is running late but after waiting a wile is was clear she wasn’t going to turn up! I will never go back there again!!!

Appalling. Appointment time changed last minute. Turn up to the new appointment time to find the hairdresser (manager) awol so no haircut. No hot wax to complete the wax I had also booked in and no one to thread my eyebrows which I had also booked in. 3 treatments, none of which got done. Not one apology.

Was amazing! I did say I had a bad experience somewhere else and the lady took that information and made sure that it didn’t happen again I have to say I’m in love with my hair and book to go back in 7 weeks strongly recommend
