I booked a 1hr deluxe massage via Treatwell. When I arrived they knew nothing about my booking and actually said that they had told treatment to remove the massages from the system. My booking was for 6pm, I arrived at 5.45. They told me to wait so I waited and at 6 she said she’ll do the massage. I then waited a further 15 minutes (6.15) as they were clearly setting up the room. The bed was up against the wall (normal waxing bed) and very uncomfortable. As it was against the wall, she couldn’t reach the other half of my body. No music or ambience. The massage was very poor, it was mainly rubbing oil into me.
She only did the massage for 45 mins (even though it was booked for an 1hr) as they close at 7.

My mother in law recently discovered Huma and raves about her. I decided to give her a try. I came for some waxing and she is a delight. A true professional in all senses of the word. Lovely to speak to and made my waxing experience very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back and try other services!

She didn’t seem to know much about colouring or cutting hair and took hours to do the treatment. I felt uncomfortable and not in the hands of an expert and it wasn’t worth the price paid.
