Will be the last I ever come to this salon. had some bad reviews but I decided to give it a try myself to see what it is like. went in for a hollywood wax and I can tell you it was one of my worst painful experiences I have ever had. the lady didn't know much about waxing down below and she just blobbed the wax on, it got stuck at some point on my lip area! and the lady had to RIP it off! burnt me a few times and had blood spots galore and also even kissed her teeth at one point. when it came to the money afterwards, I gave her the exact amount and let her keep the change too and she still looked at me like she wanted more money because she replied with "fine then". Should've gone somewhere else. avoid this place at all costs very awkward experience for me as she kept leaving the room to speak to staff and customers. Plus it's a health hazard, all the wax machines and everything she was using was very dirty and for them to be offering laser hair removal or microblading is quite scary considering she didn't have a clue just for a simple wax. shambles avoid !!!

Huma is amazing!!! I was a first time waxer and to put it mildly I was nervous, but Huma put me right at ease and it wasn’t as bad as I imagined!! Huma is extremely professional, but also has the friendliest personality. Already booked my next appointment!
