I turned up at the salon for my appointment, only to be told when I got there that Huma would not be in. I was told that she hadn’t been in all day and that the person who booked my appointment should have known this. My day had revolved around this appointment, and it was too late for me to go elsewhere so I had grey hair for my weekend away with friends. There is no excuse for not calling me before I came in for the appointment at 2pm. Completely unprofessional and I won’t be coming back.
