I booked through treawell for a slot just 40 minutes away, when I arrived the owner wasn't expecting me but still said she'll proceed
It took her less than 10 minutes to cut my long hair, she rushed through every step and only seemed to vaguely know the techniques, and she couldn't layer the front correctly so cut in diagonal
My hair was left clearly uneven and she just stood there saying it's nice and rushed me out of her shop, not before taking £22 from me
Do not go!

Huma was so friendly, very accommodating and provided a great service. I also ended up getting a haircut from her which I was very pleased with. I’ve also had my eyebrows threaded there too! So overall great service and would definitely recommend the salon for a variety of their services.

Had such a good experience at Prim & Pampered! Huma was so kind and professional and made it a very enjoyable experience. It was my first time getting lashes done so I didn’t know what to expect, but I’m so happy with how they look. Will definitely return!
