Diabolical service from both treat well and the venue. Turned up to be told that I had not made an appointment despite showing them my booking confirmation. At this point I was told they could fit me in but only if I waited over an hour (the salon was EMPTY!). By this point my patience had worn thin and I was not offered anything whilst I was waiting. I then decided that it was not worth the awkward wait as I had booked an appointment I expected to be seen at my appointment time (or at least close to it!). Never had problems before with treatwell. Extremely disappointed customer here!!
Lovely staff. Great threading and waxing. Nail technician wasn't available but as only a file and polish was ok.
