Yin is a star, she stood in when the original nail tech didnt show. Yin did a beautiful job and explained some of the technical aspects of it to me, which I really appreciated.

Yin was amazing, she realised most of my nails were lifting due to a poor experience somewhere else and kindly removed and reapplied my biab. She deserves a huge pay rise! She was kind and considerate, and stayed almost an extra 30mins
